Free/Libre, Open Source Software:

We are huge believers and users of, and contributors to the FLOSS (Free, Libre, Open Source Software) community. The majority of the tools we use are Free Software or Open Source. Much of our infrastructure uses FLOSS for the sake of a nice shine. See the end of the page for some of the organizations we love. However, we do not let this create a bias. Your needs are more important.

Privacy:

Your personal privacy is in our top three priorities. We don’t want to see your data unless YOU give us verbal permission to do so. Typically when we look at your data post-permission, it is when we are transferring it to your new computer or device. We do this in order to make sure we get all of your data transferred safely.

We provide data backup services using a system model that locks your data in high security, only allowing YOU to see your data. Not us.

Any of your sensitive data is wiped per your request.

Working A Budget:

Some people HAVE the budget to solve problems with a new computer system, we have extensive experience with them.

Some people DON’T HAVE the budget to solve problems with a new computer, we have extensive experience helping them too.

Future Disaster Prevention:

When you bring us your computer, we deal with today’s issues AND we will check it out with tomorrow in mind as well. Everyone has needs, but not all of them are to your benefit. We do what we have to prevent you from having a bad Tuesday.

Simplicity and Efficiency

We want to cut down on bloat and focus on what matters. Time is important to you and to us. Its critical for us, and we have done things in a way more difficult fashion in the past and don’t shy away from learning. We find fun in evolving a network or task to it’s highest potential and we would love to do that for you.
